navy blue and black

That seems fine to me. Black hosiery goes with pretty much everything.

I think so… I wear navy blue and black together sometimes! Black tights go with everything. Also, if you think about dark blue jeans with a black tshirt/jacket, that usually works well.

I just uploaded it. Taylor’s vest and shoes are black, but her tie and shorts are dark blue. :) :) She looks good.

I’ve always told myself that everything goes. it’s all in the way you wear it and how you carry yourself that make the outfit :)

It is technically a fashion “don’t;” one of those silly rules that seek to control how people dress. But it can look really chic—especially because it is hard to pull off and less done. The French wear black and navy extremely well.

I think navy blue and black are fine together, but I also think brown and black go together. I personally am not a fan of ‘fashion rules’.
