i just picked up some amazing pieces from a little vintage shop and one of them is this delicate lace collar.
kinda looks like one of these…. http://www.battenburglace.com/collar.htm
how do i wear it without looking like… a grandmother? ha. i’ve already thought of the obvious little black dress which works just fine, but any other ideas??
thanks!

I’d imagine it would look really cute with a white men’s undershirt/tank.

I’ve been totally looking for a lace collar.
what about getting a plaing white or black polo shirt and sewing it to the collar?
Sewing it to very unfemme things, might work.
I’ve seen a vintage check/plaid shirt with lace along the front and around the collar. And it looks really good, you have to add accerosires thought to make it abit less avant garde

I could imagine a collar like those pictured looking good sewn onto a shirt or blouse.
