my cousin is having a sweet XV party and the theme is black and white & formal. i need a dress but i have absolutely no idea what type/design. it needs to be appropriate enough to be formal but not too showy to outshine the birthday girl. any suggestions?? =/ pics would be greatly appreciated.

I like this a lot. Very fun and you can add a chunky necklace to draw more attention without distracting from the birthday girl.
