if you mean mall shops with cheap/affordable clothes, there’s foreign exchange, papaya, love culture, wet seal, H&M, etc. they all have the same kind of clothes :)

Deb and Dots have things you might like. Dots is slightly better i think.
Both are affordable and the quality isn’t too bad.
It may sound lame for you .. but I like shopping from thrift stores, you can find so many cool clothes with a very cheap price and some of them haven’t even been worn yet.
