I need help! I have had this skirt for almost a year and a half it still has tags on it and has never been worn what should i wear with it?

I have tried the black and the white look but it just looked wrong and the blacks didn’t match well.

here are some ideas:
light pink blouse
plain black tank top with a big chunky necklace
nude sheer blouse

the pink is a pretty pastel, so try a hiffon top in another pastel color, maybe lavender or like a pink and purple mix
