Sorry if the lightning is bad, I am having trouble adding like a cardigan or something to it. It just looks bland.
Nice dress! In my opinion, it’d look cute with a faded jean jacket and boots (to toughen up the look a little bit) or you culd keep it simple and just wear the dress, a pretty necklace and heels/fancy sandals that are nude/tan/ any color that goes with the dress.

you mentioned the cardigan.. it should be a thin one, and of a similar or close color to that of the dress. you could leave it unbuttoned, and could add a belt over it.

Cute dress. You could do a black and white herringbone jacket with it. Or you could pair it with a red cardigan. Yellow and pink look pretty together but maybe not with that light color of pink. You could wear a motorcycle jacket with it and a spiked head band. you could also go with green shoes. pink and green are preppy colors.
