Here are some ideas on winter wedding attire on Chictopia. My vote is faux fur vest, long flowy dress, black tights and leather gloves!

A pair of ankle booties and sheer tights will keep you warm and chic, and a metallic/beaded/embellished/brocade jacket is great both for warmth and to finish off the look :) I made you a set on Polyvore to inspire you, hope you get some ideas!

A blazer, nice dress, tights, and boots. The dress you wear underneath could be pretty much anything. You could even add a scarf to keep extra warm.

Sometimes when it’s really cold, tights just don’t cut it. But if you wear a long dress, no one is going to see what’s underneath it anyway! I’ve worn pants under long skirts and dress in the winter.

You could buy a pair of sweater leggings to wear under the dress, or even layer them over tights for extra warmth. Sweater material is even warmer than pants anyway.
