So I absolutely LOVE platform heels/wedges. Can’t get enough. Here’s the dilemma: I’m 5’9" to 5’10" and when I wear them, I am towering over people. I’m always afraid I just look awkward! Do you guys think I should try out a lower heel or just say who cares and wear them anyway?

it’s all about being confident with yourself. I know this topic has been brought up before where tall girls feel awkward wearing any time of heel or wedge. So many people are jealous of your height and so what fi you don’t look like everyone else? True fashionistas don’t blend in with the crowd.

you don’t see supermodels wearing flats. strut in style! i’m jealous you’re so naturally tall. it will elongate your legs no matter your height

Who cares! I know what you mean though, I’m 5’8". Work what you got! There are so many girls who wish they had your height so show it off! And post pics of the result! :)

I’m also 5’10" and I used to wear high heels (5") a lot, but now I prefer flats as my boyfriend is the same height and I feel a little bit werid with him with such a high heels on.
