I have been wanting to wear a pair of thigh high socks with a (VS) garter belt under like a pair of DIY shorts or a skirt…..PROBLEM IS I cant find any thigh highs anywhere! And if you’re suggesting American Apparel- believe me..I tried. (They didnt have the kind I wanted from a few months ago) :(

I feel your pain! surprisingly, Walmart has a pair of pretty cute ones. I’m not sure how well they’d attach to a garter belt though, not really sure how those work..
