I went looking for a pair of black combat boots, and they were all more expensive than I was hoping. However, I found a brand new pair of tan combat boots pretty cheap at a odds and ends store. They’re almost nude tan and I really liked them, so I bought them. But, I really don’t know what to wear with them or if they’re even worth wearing from a fashion standpoint. Help?
These shoes are pretty much exactly what I have:

I like how you kept it military hii_live!
I also think they might look adorable with a tulle skirt and blouse, or a cream lace dress! Anything with soft, pastel colors would look great with those, if you like the nude trend

Thanks so much! You’re responses are very helpful, basically any ideas are extremely helpful. :)
posted over 2 years agoI love lace up boots full stop! they’re really popular at the moment. i’ve actually been looking for boots in that sand/tan colour :P I think the colour is very versatile since it is neutral. They would go really well with skinny jeans or skinny black pants and a striped top. I would also wear them with a light coloured dress or a floral dress, which would be a nice look for spring and summer. Or with high waist khaki shorts and a loose white blouse. burgundy coloured things would look nice with them too! hope that helps a bit :)
