Yes or no?

I went thrifting and found a gorgeous blue mermaid style (possibly night) gown by Ralph Montenero. It’s not see through, and has a rose pattern… But after researching about the designer, he makes a lot of night gowns… and so I’m assuming it’s a night gown… But it’s too beautiful to just sleep in!

So would it be all right if I wear it as an evening gown? :D It screams, “Vintage, and old hollywood glamour.” If only I could post a photo… :(

absolutely. i can already imagine a delicate beautiful gown. i think some of the vintage nightgowns make the most beautiful dresses. so long as it is not see through to the point that all your goods are showing definitely wear it out in public

Why not! Nobody will know if you don’t tell them – and if it’s not see through, go for it :)

If you dress it up with accessories, I doubt anyone will know the difference! It’s all about how you wear it, after all.
