Guyliner is not necessary in 99 out of a 100 cases. Not to say that dudes can’t wear make-up, but guys can’t wear make-up the same way that girls can; it just comes off as obvious and not nearly as classy.
posted almost 4 years agoI think its fine for guys to wear makeup. In fact I encourage it. There are some guys though that can still look natural with a thin line of liner, and it doesn’t even really need to be a black liner.
posted almost 4 years agoI’m all for guys using a bit of concealer to cover a spot or whatever but the whole guyliner thing doesn’t do it for me.
posted almost 4 years agooohhhh adam lambert! i just love him! hehe sorry i just had to say that! hehe
posted almost 4 years agoYeah, guys using concealer/moisturisers/things that aren’t too obvious are OK, but for me personally, I don’t find guys who excessively use guyliner attractive… I think people should do whatever makes them happy though. :)
That being said, I just looked up Adam Lambert and I think he looks cute in his on-stage photos. His close-up photos do show some flaky makeup though, which is not attractive.
posted almost 4 years agoI know a guy that wears concealer and it’s super cheesy and he probably knows it too. I say if you can still act natural wearing makeup, go for it.
posted almost 4 years agosome guys look hot with guyliner, but majority dont. it takes a lot of attitude to pull it off. although i just normally see guys wearing make-up during gigs.
posted almost 4 years agoI also think it really depends on their personal style.
I’ve seen guys wear guyliner who seriously can pull it off and not look like total douches.
