Hey Girls,
I bought this black peplum top http://www.divany.com/faux-leather-sleeveless-flare-top_405 and I would like to know which pencil skirt would look better, also should I wear it with or without a belt?

taupe beige one goes real well!!!!! try also on a casual day wearing with light faded torn up jeans or jean shorts………….make sure they lay right and are not bulky and are fitted enough

I would also go with the beige, but if you’re looking for a more classy look, you should wear the black skirt. I don’t think you should wear a belt, the flare looks nice already.
