Hi everyone! I’m really looking for black combat boots that aren’t Dr Martins. I actually want to save some money and buy a cheap decent pair of combat boots. If anyone can be kind enough to tell me what stores have it or what websites have it, I would be utterly thankful to whomever give me the info! THANKS! :)

Any worthwhile army surplus store won’t really stocked used combat boots. The idea of most surplus stores is that the military makes huge orders of boots and sometimes the entire order isn’t necessary, so they’re sold at a major discount to surplus stores. I’ve bought brand-spanking-new jungle boots (combat boots with canvas inserts designed for wear in tropical climates), for as little as $20. Full leather boots should run you about $50 to $70.

I’d definitely say army surplus store for new combat boots for a good deal. But you can always try looking at some vintage thrift stores as well if you don’t mind wearing used boots.

Actually, if you have a Marshall’s/TJ Maxx/Ross in your area, look in the shoe department there. I recently scored some 16 eyelet Doc Martens for $19.
