I am curious what the trend report may be for this fall 2013, are burgundy leather knee / otk boots in for this season or are they phasing out? Thanks!

Hey we recently wrote this blog post about Fall Trends, in case you want to check it out.

Knee-high boots are still going strong. Even though black is a more common and safe option, we love the bold burgundy!

Definitely, but I think boots should be above the trend. I always buy them with the intention of wearing them for 3-4 years since theyre an investment.

I will also wear my burgundy boots this fall and winter – just because they are comfy and I like them.

It makes sense, because autumn+ burgundy= warm tones. :D Go for it.

Wering what YOU want WHEN you want is the best way to be effortlessly chic. Burgundy and wine colors are always beautiful anyway.

Burgundy boots are still on-trend just as they were last fall. Burgundy pairs well with grey shades, warm neutral tones and pink; however, oxblood colors are so beautiful that you can successfully match them with many other hues. Even if they were not on trend, it is all about creating your own unique style. Best wishes.

Burgundy is perfect for autumn and about the type of the boots, it really doesn’t matter. If you still like them, wear them, if you don’t then do something else with them. Over the knee boots are very in this season, I’m currently obsessed with them. And knee high boots won’t be out of fashion.

Burgundy will always be a good color to wear during fall, and I don’t think knee-high boots will ever go out of season. This gallery of maroon knee high boots might help you if your looking for some inspiration on how to style.
