I am 5’3" which is on the shorter side, too, and I had the same worries. I was pleasantly surprised though! They actually lengthen your frame, because there is so much of one color that it makes your eyes think you are longer. If they’re dragging a lot, though, have them tailored up a bit. You don’t wanna trip! OR you can leave ‘em alone and wear heels underneath. No one will even know you’re wearing them ;)

No, because I remembered seeing “petite” section selling maxi dresses. They were using a mannequin that was near my eye level (I am around 5’ 3"- 5’ 4") . Just make sure to ask around for maxi dresses/ skirt catered to your height. :D

You totally can wear them as a skirt. Heels are a great way and a sandal with a wedge is another great option to style get the sandal feel and the height! So go for!
