at what age do people truly find their own style.. i feel im in the dark here.

I didn’t really figure out my own style until very recently, and I’m a junior in college. I went to a private school where we had to wear uniforms – and not like the blaire waldorf type uniforms – so that didn’t help much. I went through a hippie phase, a grunge phase, goth phase… now I’ve settled on a more polished hipster style and I feel like it’s something I can wear and build on for a long time

I still have yet to find my own style, but I guess once you’re exposed to what really inspires you, that’s when it hits you.

half the fun is getting to figure it out! plus you never want to have your look get static, right? So just keep on experimenting and you’ll find something that just feels right. Plus, I find that the things i look good in (ie get most compliments on ) are the things which I feel the best in – stuff that inspires me on that day. Aim for that, I guess.
