leggings and boots!

i’m looking for an AMAZING pair of black leggings that i can live in and wont cut me off at the waist and give me a muffin top! They need to be opaque and not see through at all-so not the tights kind. any online sites sell them maybe?
also, looking for black high heel boots (leather preferably scrunchy with a stacked heel) and CANNOT FIND THEM ANYWHERE! if you have any suggestions please let me know! Need to get a move on my fall shopping.

At Forever 21 they have, I guess what you could call, high rise leggings. They come up to around the mid torso area.

yes, American Apparel has the best leggings, go there!

I have had success with no-muffin-top leggings from both AA and Forever21 (and those were $4.50!!). Also AA has “winter leggings” that are super thick and warm for winter! Very useful and certainly not see-through.

Target has leggings that go up to your thigh, like really long socks. Only they’re tights.

topshop had those exact boots last year can find some on ebay in good condition
