So I want these muchly. They are utterly impractical for not only work (since I’m an utter spaz, and while most likely fall catastrophely across the marble floors), but University as well, being that the only way to get to my university is to walk up an aching amount of hills and stairs. Also you need to be able to run gracefully across the main road that seperates the two sides of my University, a bizarre student re-enactment of Chicken to be precise, and these would surely aid in my death by motorcar and or bus.
But I crave them, want them so bad. BF is not impressed by the ‘shooties’, and thinks they are the wrong cut, (nothing else though, haha!). I’m wondering whether I buy these and limp around helplessly and then simply denigrate them to clubbing nights, or just… live without. Oh help :( Anyone got ideas? Laybuy is totally an option by the way, as long as the Wild Pair near me has them in stock in my size and all.

I wouldn’t usually wear heels to University (damn you, hills!), but I would scrap that rule in an instant if I had these babies. They truly are ‘sex’ oxfords, and if I find a pair, they will be on my feet the moment I leave the store.
Just what’s not to like about them? I forget where I saw this picture, (maybe someone can recognize them? Who knows) so I have no idea where I could get my little mitts on them… but I’ll wait… They will be mine… one day >_>" whimpers and paws at her screen
Recycle Boutique shopping tomorrow, after I finish my film review of course, and maybe I’ll find a pair of simple flat oxfords to wear to curb my craving, and maybe that Kate Moss shirt I’ve been wanting for a week. The other gave me 50$ the other day so I’m having a tough time to decide what to spend it on, never mind I have to buy a ferry pass tomorrow… that’s hardly important :D

This is probably the only neutral/studio-like place I could use in the house, and it’s not bad. Even though I had to con my brother into taking the photo xD He’s not the best, but he’ll do.
I wore this outfit to Uni (minus the princess like heels, that’d be a tad overboard), and it makes you feel so relaxed – but still fashionable thank god :P I really despise the fact that I insist on comfort, and thats what usually wins out over fashion for me. But not with Tunic Dresses :D Definitely will incorporate more of them into my usual routine.
I definately might think about working this for clubbing, though the dress may change (it’s wool… can you really where that out to a club? The heat issue is one thing, but… wool?) The heels really cutify it up :D

I’m getting so immersed in all the sixties and seventies fashion: edie, bridgette, sophia (alright, so sophia maybe more fifties) – they’re all really fascinating. The tights, the dark eyes, the chandelier earrings, the tight-fit-shirt-hem dresses, the undulated sex appeal and that time before mass-marketing changed our perspectives to fit one mold of “fashion”. They were edgy for their time… today we would call them classy: most of them far from the likes of Winehouse, Spears and Hilton.
They had their dark sides, but these are now romanticised rather than spread like multicoloured vomit on the glossy pages of a tabloid.

I promise to have pictures soon – just my camera is blargh, and my room as far from being the studio I wish it could be. I need a photographer :)
