Cute but quality isn't fantastic

I recently bought a skirt from Cotton On during a huge sale they had, since I've heard really good things about the store. The skirt was originally pretty expensive (around $40) but it was on sale for $5. It's a very cute skirt, but I don't think the quality is that great, and it is definitely not worth it at the original price. however, the sale was fantastic and I loved how inexpensive and cute everything was! I wouldn't buy anything at the original prices though.
The sizing is also messed up. I am petite so I normally wear a 0-2 but I tried on a 4 and a 6 and they both fit, since I couldn't find a smaller size.
