One afternoon, I decided to pose like an idiot and take a photo of myself.
Summer in Wellington has been nice so far.
No crazy heat wave like in Australia.

For our engagement pictorial.. I chose the theme breakfast at tiffany’s (modernized), because.. well.. audrey hepburn? haha
I just love the movie.. and I thought why not do something different for our photo shoot.. and voila! this is the result!

Wore this on Saturday when I went out to watch Bride Wars with the girlfriends.
It’s been a while since I got out of the house and enjoyed the company of great friends. It was really fun and I will definitely do it more often now.
Been busy looking for a house, we finally found one and we’re moving in next month!
Also, excuse for the lack of posts, but I just got married!!!

these are my wedding shoes. yes, i am getting married in 3 months and i can not wait to wear them.
i didn’t want traditional wedding shoes.. i wanted something that i can still wear after the wedding. and i think these are perfect!

I saw these shoes a few weeks ago and didn’t really have the time to even try them.. so, yesterday I finally got the chance to go to the store and try them.. the sales assistant told me.. we’ve only got 2 pairs left! Luckily one of them were my size! I put them on.. went to the counter and paid for them right away!
These shoes are love! I can not wait to wear them with cuffed jeans, dresses, bandage skirts and and and!

went to a colleague’s going away dinner last night at a mexican restaurant hence the big hat on the next photo. I need to practice the “posing” more.
I will get there. I hope.
Anyhoo, outfit was casual and comfy.. everyone liked the top. I hate in between weathers.. it’s “spring” here in NZ right now.. I didn’t really want to wear tights, but I was scared that I’d freeze.
