Wow, long time no see again ^__ I have a (sort of) excuse this time though…. What with graduation and going to China this summer I haven’t had much chance to take pictures of myself. Although I haven’t really been wearing anything noteworthy >__<. Summer in Texas is just too brutal to venture outside…

So I took this right after I finished my college apps and went out to buy Twilight at Barnes & Noble (it wasn’t that great). This actually took place ages ago (something like Dec 20th?) and I’ve since gone to NYC for new years, gone snowboarding in colorado, and gotten my wisdom teeth pulled out. I really should try to upload in a more timely manner >.<

I am so not looking forward to moving back into my dorm on monday…

Today was actually warm enough to not wear tights! I wore this today to go grocery shopping and work on college apps (still >.<).

Sorry about the awkward photo background. I didn’t think to take pictures until like 2 AM and it was too late to go outside or find a better location. So for now, you’re stuck with my messy room ^__

My grandma made this dress for me when I was like 8. I hated it then and only wore it once (to a piano recital I think). I was cleaning out my close today (you can see it behing me) and decided to wear it again.

Upside of cleaning: rediscovering old clothes
Downside: after cleaning it out, I was too tired/lazy to put everything back in my closet so half of my clothes are now on my bed…

So I haven’t uploaded a pic in…months? Life kept me pretty busy although I’ve been lurking, getting inspiration from all of you! I promise I’ve been wearing clothes in the meantime ^__

So this is what I wore today to work on college apps and get facials with my mommy :) Ignore my face – lack of sleep+writers block+stress from finals = not a pretty picture…and these were the best of the bunch >.<

On a brighter note, I got a package from AA this week! I originally wanted this skirt in mustard, but they didn’t have it in my size so I chose purple instead. I totally want to try their leggings next – although I’m a little wary of showing so much (grr must work out). The Le Sac dress and Circle scarf look really cool too!

I’ve basically been wearing variations of this for the last 3 days… Am I the only person who wears new purchases a lot right away?

Yup, this is where I work…exciting, no? I should have been watching my experiment, but I was the only person in the lab for a while and got bored.

So this is the reason for the lapse in outfit photos…I wear pretty much the same boring thing every day >.< I can’t wait until school starts again and I have time (and energy) to dress up a little.

- Hanes white v-neck tee (I pretty much live in these)
- Rampage skinny jeans
- random sneakers

So I love rain as much as the next girl – really, I do. But why, why did it have to start pouring when I was almost at work (sans umbrella, of course).

When I put this on at a ridiculously early hour (the sun wasn’t even up yet) I was really thinking of curling up in bed with a book – I’m working on The Hollow by Agatha Christie – but I need the money so off to work I go.

I was also wearing black flats, but they got cut off because the counter I had my camera on was too high. I had to take these pics in my office bathroom as the rain prevented me from using my usual spot.

Ironically, I think I spent more time writing about this outfit than I did putting it together.
