the california sun is staying out longer and making days warmer! i’m so excited for summer! hopefully i can finally visit southern california (i know, TWO years in california, and still haven’t been south of san jose, wth?)
i just keep telling myself summer gets closer every day. do you have any fun summer plans?

kate moss says she never plans her outfits but rather just picks something out of her closet depending on how she feels at that moment. that’s what i had to do this time around. and i have to say, i quite like what i threw together. i think this will become a summer staple outfit (as long as i don’t eat a huge meal that day).

speaking of summer, i am beyond excited for what lies ahead. i’m excited to do some interning, say goodbye to my full time job (that i will miss) and visit my family in the land where cornfields outnumber the residents. by the way, my family grew a little. i now have my very first niece! i am a happy auntie and can’t wait to meet her! most of all, i am happy to take an entire month off of EVERYTHING (except blogging). i will finally be moving to san francisco and getting my own dog! no work, no school, just a break.
