When I was in Germany last week I also found these tights! They are so warm and really soft. Perfect for the cold weather and this cold that I can’t shake! :)

The skirt was a overall romper sort of thing that I cut down to just a skirt, it looked silly before. It has a chunky zipper up the front which looks cool I think! Shoes are my fave Mary Janes docs.

I have a cold! Its the second one in a month :( I woke up yesterday at 4AM to get a flight to Berlin for the day (work) and I felt horrible. I struggled through the day and arrived home at 10PM. But BUT… I did find these boots yesterday :D and I have to wear them today! So a couple of hours work and then bed for me!

I dont think I ever really got the punk or goth look and when I saw this skirt from Tripp it was the three layers of net and ruffles that I fell in love with. I dont think I even noticed the chain and the acid yellow trim. I thought about taking them off at one stage but I am so glad I left the trim on the skirt now.

I wore it last night with a black sweater and as it was a little punky my lace up Docs and black tights. :D

I love Mary Janes!

I dont know about you but I avoided Mary Janes for a few years after school and then really fell in love with them a few years later. I have some less chunky black ones too but my faves are these two pairs. They are both Doc Martens one pair with a heal and one with a wedge. As you can see from the way they buckle up I have bonkers crazy (annoying) high arches on my feet so the strap is always on one of the last holes to buckle shoes like this.

What pair do you like the best, I like the ones with heels better I think but I do like the punch out holes on the toes of the wedge ones. :D

I love these boots and I really love the ribbon laces on them but some days I think they are a little too “granny”! :)
