It was in the 60s today! It will probably snow next week knowing how spontaneous Michigan weather is so I took advantage of it by hopping around in a tank dress after work. I shopped a bit in downtown East Lansing followed by stopping at my favorite Mexican restaurant, El Azteco. Nom!

This tank dress is so comfortable. I added a blue bodysuit and lace tank top underneath to add some color and fun. I think I may live in this dress when summer finally arrives.

For some reason, I was feelin’ super sassy and silly today which is reflected in my photos on my blog. There were some ridiculous ones I won’t share here. One looked like I was in labor. My mom brings out the best in me in my photos hehe. I love this dress and is the only bold, bright colored item I own I think. I love when I can throw on a dress and it’s all I really need. No effort, ha!

This is what I wore yesterday. This shirt was on sale at Macy’s and I fell in love with the sleeves and lace detail. However, I buttoned this up wrong. I woke up late for work and had less than ten minutes to get ready and so I didn’t notice until 12:30 p.m. during lunch that it was messed up.

I realized this is my clearance Urban Outfitters outfit. I got the sweater for like $5, the shorts half off last summer because the zipper is broken and the boots for $20. This photo is on campus at Michigan State University. The students are on spring break so I took this opportunity to get photos in the older part of campus without herds of students in the way. Woohoo.

I wore this dress to Ignite Lansing 3,0, a huge event that took place yesterday. I had been looking at this dress for awhile and finally it was on sale! I dig stripes and the silhouette of the dress.

Got to see my friend’s band, A Children’s Crusade open for Margot and the Nuclear So and So’s, a band that I love love love. Haley and I squeezed our way to the front and I was able to get some nice shots of Margot. Almost everyone in that band is dirty, bearded and hot. I don’t understand why I find disheveled, bearded, homeless-looking men attractive. One of life’s mysteries.

I wore this to see Fun. last week and forgot to take any photos of me in the outfit, so here are a few.
