i do not think the accessories at forever 21 are that great. the material doesn't look very good and it seems as if the necklaces can break easily. i do not like "plastic" looking jewelry so i do not buy anything from forever 21

Bijou Brigitte is a german brand. they have amazing jewels, clutches, watches, for very good prices! tthey have shops in germany and france, but I'm not sure elsewhere.
