Originally hailing from the Lone Star state of Texas, Richard - known around the office as Ricky - graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering. After making the move to California in 2000, he spent several years working as an engineer for tech companies like Intel and Sun. He soon met up with Helen and Corinne, later becoming an integral part of Chictopia's founding and launch.

Master of not just computer language, Ricky was once a high school state champion for Latin derivatives. A talented baker and cook, Ricky also has quite the green thumb, allowing him to grow near perfect heirloom tomatoes. He also enjoys swing dancing with his wife Helen.
