I SWEAR ITS SO FASHIONABLE
The clothes in Zara are chic and classic and I shop there for work clothes. However the poor customer service is a real let down. Whilst some staff are very helpful, there are others that are brusque and rude. A colleague of mine recently purchased a dress in her size, but after trying it on at home it didn't fit. She'd lost the receipt and upon asking for an exchange in store was told 'no receipt no nothing'. I advised her to take a bank statement if she'd paid by card and went with her. They refused to acknowledge the statement as it doesn't prove which item was purchased. When I informed them they could use her credit card to print a copy receipt from their electronic audit log they said they didn't have that system in place?!!! I asked them how they reconciled their transactions, they said they didn't. I said to them that when a customer pays by card the customer gets a receipt and the store keeps a copy of the card details. They flat out refused as that info is confidential.The supervisor then walked off as we were talking to her.
I love it so much, i seriously am in love with it, everything is prefect in that coat!

i fell in love with a khaki trench coat in zara today. it was my first time there and i was not impressed, but this coat was amazing and i might have to go and get it.
the color was beautiful and the design was classic. the tie was perfect and the buttons were a great accent. i loved how the material felt and moved and looked.
