What is the Style Council? How do I become part of it?

The style council is comprised of Chictopians with 200 or more points. The Style Council is able to vote on recently uploaded photos and their vote will count toward whether or not that photo makes its way into the Style Gallery. If a photo gets 100 votes by the Style Council within 24 hours of its submission time, it gets displayed in the Style Gallery.
