This dress was a christmas gift about 2 years ago. I really hope they still have it in stock for you, because it is a MUST HAVE. It is so comfortable, has a zipper all the way down the back, an adorable slight sweetheart neckline, and is the perfect "little black dress."

So, in need of a spring dress, I went to Wet Seal to look for a unique one. I came back with an amazing dress for only $15. The top is tight black and white horizontal stripes with short sleeves, and a thick elastic band at the bottom of the rib cage. The bottom of the dress is a black background with a reddish/pinkish/yellowish floral pattern that looks like it was painted with watercolors. It comes down mid-thigh AND I LOVE IT. It's so cute. I wore it to school and got so many compliments. It is thin and it's probably not very durable since it came from Wet Seal, but I love it nonetheless. Amazing buy I'd say.
i have two that i got a few years back, but i love them. they are classic jersey and really comfy. the polka dot one has a hole in it, but it is at the hem. i like them because they are great to throw on when it doubt.
Wetseal...what can I say when it comes to their dresses I can't help myself. :] They always have unique hard to find type dresses that I never see anywhere else. The latest dress I purchased from there was the denim boy shirt dress. That isn't the best part though...the price was $19.50!!
I love this dress! It is so chic and very comfortable. I love the pattern because it is a vintage looking houndstooth pattern. Also it has a great detail with a great scoop back and a great scoop in the front. It is fantastic because it has cute sleeves so there is no need to wear a sweater or tights! The only problem that I have with it is that it is hand wash only! Also it sometimes pills.
I found the perfect little black dress at Wet Seal. I usually don't like to shop here, but this dress had somewhat of a vintage touch to it that I love. The quality is, well, in the end you get what you pay for. I still will pop in there just for a look.

There's a Wet Seal in the Galleria 15 minutes away. They provide beautiful dresses that are fashionable, yet fit in a $20 price range!
