So today was spring cleaning for me at least in my closet! It was much needed, i learned that i really do have a lot of shoes and i’m in need of some accessories! It was quite a productive day until my lovely job (Forever 21) called an asked me to come in…. which is beginning to be a usual on Tuesdays! Luckily work wasn’t half bad and it was the first time i closed with my store manager(little nervous about it) but it was smooth!
Well this Spring cleaning helped me to stumble upon this great vintage blouse that my grandma gave me…love her and her closet :) In I decided to bring some color to my life and share my PURPLE LOVE!
Hope you lovely chicista’s love it…

Hmmm…
First I would like to thank all my friends and fans here on Chictopia you guys are amazing!
Today was the first time I decided to dress up since Thursday since Ive been slowly recovering from a cold…plus I was scheduled to work and didn’t want to come dressed how I really felt which was horrible :( But the day went well. The top in this look was a fun purchase…
I attended the Global Tex Convention in Los Angeles on Thursday which I might say was pretty dry, I ended up taking a field trip to FIDM to see there Oscar costume display which was fab:) and then discovered there little thrift shop outside of the campus and found this awesome African inspired top.The boots and other accessories where added to give a little attitude but i must say its all about the top.
Well I hope all you guys like my look and I hope you have a chic week!

I first would like to apologize to my lack of attendance these past couple of weeks. Ive been very very busy with visiting the B.F. in North Carolina, preparing for a student fashion show and basically the normal work in school.
So for the past few days I have been commuting back in forth to Long Beach, Ca working with my boss on this really cool project that requires us to make a full make a full mens garment out of paper. Very hard at first but its slowly coming along i just hope the model can walk when we get through. Then since i was in town I figured I would visit my good friend Robert “RoRo” Romero who is an amazing photographer and Graphic Design student at FIDM. We sipped tea and looked at his wonderful collection of magazines. What was even more awesome is my photos were ready. Back in November, I did a shoot with RoRo for his portfolio, and it was all about his Gucci Bag which he was using as a branding experiment and I was the model who would sell it. So it took place at a Indian reserve in San Juan Capistrano, and the look was very classic step-ford wife with a modern twist. Im so happy them look great.

Today started kinda low since my body was suffering from mild dehydration….but with lots of water and saltine crackers by the end of the day it subsided. I’m so excited to finally post again this time the “wait is Over” I chopped like 3inches of my hair and came up with my own style. Today was the first day I was able to show it off when I went to school and I know I had to rock it out with a cute lose fitting dress that was fun and flirty. It is also one of the new pieces in my closet that I just couldn’t wait to pull the tags off and bring it to life.

Today “No More Rain” clear skys in Southern California!!!! I am soo excited to finally be able to go outside without a million layers and a umbrella. After 6days of rain i was so happy to go seee the sun and blue skies. So even though it looked lovely outside it sitll was very cold so i put on a boyfriend shirt and some thick legging to stay warm with vintage penny loafers and a belt. Today was even more exciting when I could finally put some of my lovely Bday giftcards to good you and bought some lovely pieces to add to my collection.

So for today Instead of posting myself I decided to choose one of my style trendsetters. Zoe Kravitz, style is eclectic and always a surprise. I Love the way she mixes her colors and always accessories with intimate pieces that adds that extra flare to each ensemble. Here a lovely gray tightly knit sweater and shorts with a classic pump has went from a day of vintage shopping to a quick appearance at a runway show. Not to mention I absolutely love the hair as well. Zoe is fresh and vibrant and I hope you guys enjoy as well :)
