Grey Ballerina Skirt

I got this skirt from Urban Outfitters and I really love it. I can wear it on my waist or on my hips. It's January so it's still cold out, but just wear leggings and it's still cute. I'm excited to wear it in the spring! It's also nice that it's stretchy so I can wear it comfortably both on my waist and hips.
