the first time i saw these on some girl, i was a little confused. they sort of look like plastic, but i guess it's growing on me, though i still dont think leggings as pants work
I love the wet look leggins..! And I have a pair - of course! To begin with I couldn't find out if they were my style or not but now I see - they shine any outfit up!
But... Still I think it's not everybody who can wear these leggins, and it's not to be mean I say that, but it's like other clothes ; some can and some can't.
I buy them on ebay - it's more cheaper!
i have nothing against it. honestly, they look great on certain people... but I guess they just arent for certain frames. :P
Well, as soon as I saw the photos of Victoria Beckham in this new 'in' trend pair of leggings, I knew I just had to have a pair! The wetlook or as many people call them lamé leggings differed from the ordinary pair of black cotton leggings you can pick from Primark for £2.50. The gothic yet chic appeal the leggings had were obviously catching other people's eyes as well as mine and before I knew it, I was seeing images of Lindsay Lohan and Mischa Barton along with Peaches Geldoff strutting their stuff at exclusive events with indeed 'the' leggings. So, off I trotted to my nearest Topshop, only to find there were none left, my face...well....showed what can only described as gutted. I eventually took a trip to the city and tracked down a pair...at an, I suppose reasonable price of £18.I'm a size 10 and I have to say I needed the size up as the leggings were such a small fit and they only go up to a size 16!! The material I fell in love with and so did this guy who took me out when he put his hand on my leg. His words, 'WOW! They're so soft' I've had the leggings 3 months now and they're still in fabulous condition! The quality is really good apart from they are really low cut at the back and I'm constantly tugging them up!
