All about Thrift Store clothing

Thrift Store clothing first surfaced on Chictopia's streetstyle gallery in Fall 2008 seen on Yogyakarta blogger MarlaSinger of theversicle.com. She wore her brown Thrift Store plaid flannel shirt with a black Local store tights, black vintage skinny belt, and black mom's closet holey fringe shawl scarf. Since then, Thrift Store clothing has grown in popularity as bloggers from Toronto, Manila, and New York have discovered them. Thrift Store clothing is generally seen in casual, chic, and vintage style. In May 2012, Chictopia wrote an editorial about Long Avoided: How to Rock a Lengthy Thrift Store Dress. Popular types of Thrift Store clothing are tops, belts, blouses, dresses, and skirts. Similar brands include thrifted vintage, thrifted, Urban Outfitters, and Forever21.

campbell988 gave Thrift Store tops a rating of 4 stars and said: "I used to work at Frenchy's, which is a used clothing store just like the Thrift Store. Virtually all of my clothes are from here. I find it so much better then new clothing stores because all of the clothes they have go back as far as the 80's and possibly 70's. It's perfect because all of these styles are coming back! It's also amazing because you are pretty much guaranteed that no one else will have the same clothes as you and lets you be unique with your style."  See all 3 reviews for Thrift Store tops...
