I bought a yellow bubble skirt from target a while ago :) It's still in great condition. Target has a lot of cheap, good quality skirts, and they're all really comfortable and versatile.
i bought a pink ruffled skirt back in april for easter, and i was hoping that it would slim me down. it looks really bulky and puffy when it's not supposed to. it's just a bad skirt.

i will be honest, i do not like shopping for clothes, shoes and other things you wear at target.
but last february i was up at the mall and wandered in and fell in love with a knee length floral skirt that i bought and wore to meet my boyfriend at the time's parents.
very chic, very cute, very feminine. it is a classic skirt, it is lightweight and a bit flimsy, so i dry clean it. but i love it!
