Sorry Olympics, but there’s no snow for you in Vancouver! The streets are packed and those damn tourist are running ramped everywhere from the restaurants to the clubs. I guess it’s okay… I still haven’t felt the affects of all the people yet…. Okay that’s a lie.
On Saturday night on the way to the club I passed through Yaletown and the streets were packed!!! not by tourists, BUT BY HAPPY CANADIANS!!! Singing and dancing in the rain… there was so much red, white and hockey sticks. It was cool I guess but a little terrifying.
The weather here is more like spring then it is winter… and I’m sure all those tourists where expecting snow. I still just can’t feel sorry for any disappointed travelers wanting to build snowmen and snow angles… besides the rain, Im loving this mild weather.
However I’ve had to start my summer shopping early…

The Christmas holiday season came and went and now in the world of retail it is dead, dead, dead! I’m very bored so I think I should post again :S
I decided to start off the new year by cleaning out my closet and purging through all my clothes. I realized that I have a total of 44 sweaters and yes I love them all! However this is the one sweater I always turn to when I have no idea what to wear. Normally I hate H&M because the quality isn’t always the best, but this sweater is PURE MAGIC!!! It still looks like new and washes up perfectly…. but what makes it truly amazing is it doesn’t stain! I’m one of those super classy people that always spills on themselves or runs into things. Seriously….. soy sauce, mustard, pollen, chocolate…. yes all the enemies of our clothes.
You know…. now that I think of it, I only spill things when I wear this sweater….hmmmm interesting

Finally the heat wave has stopped!! Leaves are falling, nights are colder, and sweaters have entered my wardrobe once again!
I had to wait a month to wear this outfit to work! Well, actually a month for the sweater and 2 for the pants. After buying them I had them tailored to fit. A few weeks later I picked them up, then that fucking heat came a knocking!
Well patients paid off and fall is here!

I honestly wish I could tell a tail of an amazing concert that I have been looking forward to for months now, but I can’t. Tiga is my favorite DJ and I waited like a kid before Christmas for his show to come. Within 2 hours he played only 2 actual songs and bunch of crappy remix… CRAP! I am totally heartbroken. And I also lost a $45 earring on the dance floor….again :S.
The night was still a blast though! Just not what I thought it would be like.
Anyways this was my outfit I wore to the show. Oh! and that jacket, I sacrificed going out on a previous weekend to purchase it… TOTALLY WORTH IT RIGHT!!!???
Who need a social life when you have great clothes? :P

does summer have to be this long? Add as Favorite Photo

As I look into my wardrobe I sigh… I miss my sweaters, scarfs and my jackets! Oh my jackets! For me, I enjoy summer for about two weeks. Then, I get tired of it. And just for a side note… in Vancouver the summer is usually around 27 degrees. Sometimes it will reach 30… but rarely.
I know, I know I’m a baby… But summer fashion is so boring to me! So that is why I’m refusing to upload photos until it gets colder! Ugh … I hate the heat of summer.
Here is my most recent photo I took a few days ago and I must say, that dress!! I totally forget the designer because it was the models own. I think she told me it’s from a local designer. The shoot was a lot of fun, and the model was killer!
So although I hate summer for myself, for you ladies out there…. you lucky bitches! You have so many choices!!
Anyways, enjoy the photo!

My $19 Find Add as Favorite Photo

The other day I had to kill some time on my way home from work, so I decided to stop at Club Monaco and take a look. I normally never go to sale areas just because I always get so overwhelmed with the mess and there is never my size.
But on a whim I took a gander and saw this dress shirt. Just out of curiosity I looked at the price and it was $19! down from $90. Normally I would never buy a shirt like this, but IT WAS $19!
This find made my day and helped me add some colour into my wardrobe.
