I admit, I own a pair of Ross jeans! The fact that I can spend 12.99 and have black skinnies makes me very happy.... especially since I have a limited income with on-and-off nanny job. And yes, they are comfortable! It's kind of a hit and miss deal with the store though, and I hate how disorganized and sloppy it feels when shopping there.... but the pros (i.e., super cheap prices and moderately good selection) manage to outweigh the cons.

finding something there takes lots of times, but at the end you are happy with what you buy.
they have a lot of cute clothes/shoes for good prices.
