This is a skirt that I prefer to wear as a shirt. I got it from Goodwill and I love it.
…OH and one of the newest peices to my closet collection is this English Bowler inspirerd hat, it kind of reminds me of the one Charlie Chaplin wore. Thus inspiring the title. lol
