I really enjoy this easy listening song by Anuhea Jenkins, a Hawaiian singer and songwriter. When I listen to her song, I imagine myself cruising in a yacht during the sunset with the person I love the most… aaaaaahhhh that feels so good! now back to reality, it’s been extremely busy, frustrating, and tiring week when I try to squeeze exams, term papers, and internship interviews at once. Hope my brain does not shut down during the exam hahahahaha…

Today I got an e-mail from a person I know long time ago. This person sent me an e-mail after years of no contact… The memory of this person has fade away in my head. I don’t know whether I should be happy or angry

The temperature dropped considerably last night after one full week of warm sunny days. It reached -6 Celcius with a little bit of snow flakes. Fortunately, today the sun shines again and of course it gets warmer. So I go to the tennis court and play tennis for about 2 hours with my housemate :) Haven’t been playing for a couple months now so I have my fair shares of hit and missed shots.

I woke up today earlier than ever because my room was so bright even with the curtains closed. So I peeked outside and there it was, bright sky without clouds, only the sun. Oh what a jolt it gave me after one full week of torrential rain and crazy wind!!! What better way to celebrate nice weather than wearing shorts??

to a dinner party. Pretty simple by combining (hopefully) traditional American style with a European flair

Hi guys, so after a pretty hard week, tonite I’m going out with my friends!! Quite some diversity I must say :D One Finn, one half Finn-half Peruvian, one Spanish, one Colombian, and me Indonesian. The plans are to eat at this new all-you-can-eat Sushi restaurant just opened its door like 2 weeks ago in the center of Tilburg. After that we will hit a local pub called the Slagroom where a beer drinking competition will be held. It’s a simple competition. Basically we have to form a team of 5 and one person has to drink a glass of beer. After this person finishes his beer, the next person starts and so on. The fastest team to finish all 5 beers wins.

So I figured, what better way to show my nationality than wearing the Indonesian traditional costume, Batik. It’s not the traditional one but I think it looks quite cool to be worn for tonite’s activities. I haven’t worn it for a couple of years and I found it surprising that I still fit in it hehehehe…
