All about Neutral Shirts

Neutral Shirts first appeared on Chictopia's streetstyle gallery in Fall 2010 seen on Italy blogger joujouvilleroy of joujouvilleroy.com. She styled her black What's inside you lace crop top shirt with a black American Apparel double leggings, black Jeffrey Campbell boots shoes, and black vintage 20s intimate. Since then, Neutral Shirts have grown in popularity as bloggers from New York, Pasadena, and Toronto have discovered them. Neutral Shirts are generally seen in chic, casual, and romantic style. Popular brands of Neutral Shirts are vintage, American Apparel, Forever 21, Zara, and H&M.

MaleUgly gave H&M shirts a rating of 5 stars and said: "Basic shirts at H&M range from 5.90 to 12.90 USD and I've bought a ton, probably enough to last me a month without repeating. I'm writing today about their Divided Blue (junior menswear) v-neck shirts and how they're a total must for everyone (girls included!). Sure, American Apparel tees are cut well, and Urban Outfitters' shirts feel great; but they come with hefty price tags and I've spent too much on what I consider pricey for basics."  See all 104 reviews for H&M shirts...

There are currently 224 streetstyle photos of bloggers wearing Neutral Shirts. Most recently, blogger districtofchic of districtofchic.com rocked her neutral Equipment button-down shirt with a black Brooks Brothers crew neck sweater, black Mansur Gavriel bucket bag bag, and peach 10 crosby derek lam pointy toe loafers.
