All about Madewell clothing

Madewell clothing first surfaced on Chictopia's streetstyle gallery in Summer 2008 seen on Berkeley blogger connie. She wore her blue madewell boyfriend jeans with a white Staerk lace back top, black H&M platforms shoes, and black Only hearts lace bra. Since then, Madewell clothing has grown in popularity as bloggers from Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco have discovered them. Madewell clothing is generally seen in casual, chic, and classic style. In September 2010, Chictopia wrote an editorial about How Sweet It Is: Alexa Chung For Madewell. Popular types of Madewell clothing are dresses, tops, sweaters, jeans, and shirts. Similar brands include Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Target, and Zara.

RealWorldEveryDay gave madewell bags a rating of 5 stars and said: "The tote fashion bloggers are using (Kendi Everyday, Zipped, and LuckyStarFashion). It is sizeable but not gigantic. It is basic with no bells and whistle. It goes well with a lot of different outfits (business and casual if you buy the black one). It is not heavy (not lined). The handle drop is long enough to accommodate a thicker jacket/coat."  See reviews for madewell bags...

There are currently 1915 streetstyle photos of bloggers wearing Madewell clothing. Most recently, blogger andrea_k of rocked her madewell blouse with a Converse shoes and kohls dress.
