So this is not a very flattering picture of me with the skirt, it kept bulging up by the zipper for the pictures, but i swear, its a cute outfit :)

I’d like to thank anyone who has ever left me a comment or voted me chic. I truly appreciate it. You guys have helped me out in so many different ways, its hard to fathom. Its easy to look at a picture for a second, but to actually leave comments and advice means so much more. Thank you! :D

And, alot of you are probably wondering what that is on my leg. That is my birthmark. As a kid, I hated it. I never ever wore skirts, shorts, dresses, anything that would make it visible. I would cry to my mom because I hated it. I hated all of the questions my curious young classmates would ask me, it made me so self conscious. i still remember to this day, being in the second grade, and still relatively new at my elementary school and a little boy walked up to me, and no lie, asked me if was half black. I hated all the unwanted attention. I always wondered, “why me? how come I am the one who has to be different, why couldn’t my brother or sister gotten it?” Up until sophmore year i still hated showing off my legs or going to the pool because i didn’t want strangers to stare or ask questions. eventually, i grew to love my body- im still a bit self conscious of my birthmark, but im growing to love it. would i ever get it removed? im not sure. its part of me-who i am. i cant see myself with out it.

the weather is absolutely gorgeous! im so excited.

So my best friend Roni (and Garth!) took these photos. Roni is going to school for photography so thats super exciting, shes an amazing artist, im so jealous of her.

For my outfit, i have on two high waisted skirts. I LOVE the pink skirt but its too short :(
and I have two pairs of tights on. a white pair under a netted white pair that has a floral design on them but you cant really see it in the photos :(
and of course, a Alice in Wonderland T-shirt.

Okay so I wore this dress for my sophmore year (two and a half years ago) and ive never worn it since. Crazy thing is, I DID NOT feel pretty in it at all, and looking back at pictures, I looked gorgeous, i wish i would have known it at the time :/
Do you guys like it with just the scarf? or just the belt? how about both?

Okay, so I got a haircut on Saturday.. I wanted my straight across bangs back and I wanted my hair to be short, but i cut waaay too much off! I feel like I look like the old lady in the incredibles, or the evil co worker at a office in a movie. But its just hair so it will grow back so im not crying over it or anything. hmm…
And the title is what my friend calls my legs.. because my legs are like a baby deers-useless and hard to control.
Their awkward, I walk really funny, I ALWAYS kick my ankle bone because I was inward, and my legs are really really really skinny and I have no muscle in them; its actually disgusting.
And i know i just posted a photo with this shirt but I barely post anymore so that was actually a few weeks ago :)
Dear Miley Cyrus- I LOOOOOOVE your line at walmart! I own almost everything! Everything is chic and adorable.

I’ve had this dress for over a year. But I NEVER know what to wear with it, in the pasts my combinations were awkward and no where near perfect. This time i put it over a button up cardigan- its not perfect, but im happy with the match.
I love the way the dress fits, It’s a 60 style stress and I love it. The top fit its amazing.
