On my second day in Amsterdam I woke up earlier to get the chance to see some flea markets.
The city was quiet, cold but the sun was shining
JP shows me some of his best vintage shops and I bought this fabulous hat for only 17euros
We ate at a Surinamian restaurant, the food was for a me a mix of chinese and west indies main courses
We made a stop at OnFront where I met Liza Koifman the designer of the brand.
We headed back to home and I took some pictures of Jean Paul for IN THE CLOSET section of Maisonclothes.com.
It was time to leave this 2 dayz were really intense, next time I will try to stay longer.
Im back in Paris and it sucks people already complaining in the subway, screaming in the street

First show Boris Bidjan Saberi.
I was waiting for JEAN PAUL at home and he came so we missed the first show.
Lenny was there waiting for me little pissed off that I missed the show, It wasnt my fault lol !
We went to Kenzo where it was impossible to get in but we had a lovely surprise the show finished outside.
The models went out of the building walking on a black and white carpet to join a rotary in the middle of the traffic.
It was wonderful, they were surrounded by Citröen DS vintage cars. Inspired by dandysm form the 50’s and by the famous filmaker Jacques Tati the show ended when the models enter a vintage bus and leave, it was fabulous !
At 12H, we took the car and went to MIHARAYASUHIRO, we stayed in the 50’s but more in a beatnik way .
I liked the fabrics and the deconstructive bohemian patchwork cut, the trompe l’oeil photographic prints and the knit wear.

13H00 ANN DEMEULEMEESTER
Edward Scissorhands is one of my favorite movies, Im so into TIM BURTON I think is a genius
Anyway the collection of ANN makes me think of him : the coats, the whole black look, the mystery, the feather (dont know why the feather).
The show was well styled and clothing layering was fantastic !
14H00 TILLMANN LAUTERBACH did a so wearable show, Im a huge fan of Lauterbach and already used some of his pieces for a shoot !
16H30 UTE PLOIER
On my way to Ute Ploier I met my dear friend IGOR playing air violin with a real violin but the music was coming out from a ghetto blaster ? Igor is so crazy ! Anyway Ploier’s collection was classic clean with a feminine cut, she presented some amazing coats and woolly sweaters. My favorite pieces: fluffy cardigans and trench coats.
17H30 DUNHILL
The Dunhill man look like a traveler, a business traveler from country to city from atweed to knitwearTailoring and functional sportswear beautifully styled. I’ve loved the hiking belts who made you think about Indiana Jones in a really modern way .
18H30 DAMIR DOMA
Upcoming talents of this season, Damir Doma presentation makes my day .
Smoke filled the stage, models walked the runway with clothes more structured then ever, the fabric was splendid as usual, the coats, carves and jeans were perfect !
Everything was right and on point, in the end we’ve got the chance to see 2 silhouettes from his upcoming women line.
21H WAD FASHION WEEK DINER
My friend Alex invited me to a private dinner a Wad Office it was a pleasure to see Sarah, Laura and Bruno
Jean-Paul join us after and I met the guyz from NO MAS who are really really nice !
I was supposed to attend CAPSULE X PIGALLE party but I wasnt in the mood I stayed home !

On december 10th NEWLOOK press presentation was taking place.
I have to say that the new collection is really really great ruffles, pastels, shoulders pads and laces …
Anyway you know that everytime we went to press presentation they offer you a gift, this time it was a 75€ gift card.
I went to NEWLOOK the day after, I was going back and forth from the main entrance to the fitting rooms didnt know what to take !
You know this situation “When you dont have money you want something and when you have it you dont find anything !”
Im not a huge fan of newlook clothes I prefer the shoes, I finally find a pair of shoes a belt and a lumberjack shirt lined by fur, pictured !

I spend all my day at home …
I woke up pretty late, my friend Eliane calls me to have a brunch but I wasnt in the mood
I did a body and face scrub, a mask, shave my leg and went to the body institut for a brazilian and armpits waxing.
Back home I did my nails and got ready to meet my friends at the SHOPPING AND ART event where 45 artists has presented theirs works.
I had an amazing evening laughing !
