a little cheap, but really cute for the prices, acutally some of the things there are ok quality, but im not so sure. i got this clip there, and it broke the next day...

i feel that the icing stores are a lot better than claire's. icing has a better variety of cute things, such as purses or hair accessories.

i love to shop for accessories ((jewelry accessories)) at forever 21, charlotte russe, vintage and thrift stores, boutiques, hot topic, wet seal... i like costume and i like a low price and a nice looking piece. icing doesn't always offer that combinations. i feel the prices are too high!!
