Forever21 vest Reviews

Been looking everywhere for this and I've only got to try it out once. It can be layered as a waistcoat or a bustier on its own. I love it. Will definitely save up for it.

Cute. They always have great stuff for kinda cheap, but material is ok.

I got black vest from F21, and I must say that I was impressed. The cut is cuter than the more traditional ones usually available. I like the cut to be boxy and loose, and it has a sash that you can tighten in the back to make the fit more feminine.

I really like their vests, there are some really professional looking ones that are great for working, and some fun ones for when you're just hanging out!

I actually wish I could give this vest 3 1/2 stars. The vest is cute; I originally spotted it in a Forever21 store on a mannequin that was also wearing a high-waisted maxi dress, black bandeau, and a low-hanging necklace, which looked amazing. The denim is of fairly good quality, and the sweatshirt-style detachable hood is quite cute. The vest even includes inner pockets, which are handy for carrying a small wallet, digital camera, or an mp3 player.

I picked 'runs large' even though it does fit, but here's my reason: the vest isn't very form-flattering. It hides my figure and looks a bit too straight-cut, especially with how stiff the denim is.

My other issue with the vest is that the buttons for the detachable hood began to fall off after a few uses, which is very annoying for the price I paid for it. I don't want to pay nearly twenty dollars for something I have to end up fixing, but in retrospect, I AM talking about Forever21, so this shouldn't be quite so shocking.

This vest is comfortable, edgy and professional. It's great because you can wear it any day any time. It looks best at work and/or during interviews. The material is soft and and light. You can pair this vest with many accessories to make the look best fit you :D
