the sizing is crazy, a sign of poor quality. tried on 3 smalls and they all fit differently.

I Love this skirt! This skirt can be dressed up for Brunch or dressed down with Chuck Taylor Sneakers! This skirt can also been worn with neutral colors or jazzied up with a neon pop of color (like hot pink) which would make it very whimsical! This is a Great buy!
