Chicwish dress Reviews

I contacted chicwish regarding a wholesale enquiry. I am in the UK and there are two different addresses listed as their european head office - neither of which appear to have heard about the company. I was invited to email them - which I did, regarding wholsale enquiries to which I got no response - and was ignored when I went through their "live chat" on the website. A friend in Hong Kong tried to contact them on my behalf, but there is no listing for them. I would be very reluctant to buy from them, as if the product is wrong, there appears to be nobody on customer service to action a complaint or a refund. Be very wary. It's a shame - they are displaying some attractive product. It appears I have to fill in customer rating but it won't accept zero...
