"I use to be a strong advocate of C&K until recently...... Most of my Shoes and Handbags are from C&K. All my gifts from my friends are also from C&K because every one knows that i love the brand.... Recently, few of my bags got spoiled continuously and i was very disappointed about it. It was not very long since i purchased them, I went to them to complain and asked them to repair, Totally disappointed to see that they could not do any thing about the issue as well as their irresponsible answer!!!
