Charles & Keith bag Reviews

i u love this bag mostly beacause its big.it doesnt look bad either.i am however not very sure why the zip got spoilt that quickly.whether it was because i "woman handle" it or because it wasnr of good quality.i am totally not sure ut all i know is that the zips of my other bags dont come off that easily

I use to be a strong advocate of C&K until recently...... Most of my Shoes and Handbags are from C&K. All my gifts from my friends are also from C&K because every one knows that i love the brand....

Recently, few of my bags got spoiled continuously and i was very disappointed about it. It was not very long since i purchased them, I went to them to complain and asked them to repair, Totally disappointed to see that they could not do any thing about the issue as well as their irresponsible answer!!!

Now, I would not go back to the brand ANY MORE!!! If this was some cheap brand and they replied so, i would not bother but for a reputable brand, its disappointing.... All the marketing money spend to establish the brand is wasted by the quality of their bags!!!

So, think twice before buying and if you really want to buy, prepare urself for the bag/shoes to spoil in short time. This is not a experience after buying 1 or 2 bags, but after buying several shoes and bags.
