When I first got my official paycheck with benefits, it sparked the most audacious and tenacious side of me that kept rebelling for a sense of independance, as my parents are the coolest couple of bad-ace, I know~I showed them that I could get a passport, behind their backs, and fly half-way across the World, with a plane-ticket my then, boyfriend bought for me and sent in the mail, with Faith that I would offer him Love and Peace…on a Tropical Island named Okinawa.

Till this very day, they cannot believe their daughter did that, and passed it off as, being loyal to a Female-Penpal they knew of since 7th Grade, who wrote and sent presents religiously. I told them that I had to be there for the Wedding…to take pictures; Bride’s maid stuff. Mommy then, asked…How come all of the photos are of you? Why do you look all dreamy in these photos? Do you have a boyfriend? Is it that Marine? Which Marine? I had 3 who spent hundreds of dollars calling me at my work, as I was a certified Career-Floral Designer back then. Man, oh man…Those days, before 9/11 were utterly SPELLBOUND!

Still, wherever one goes, one must remember to express etiquette and dress the part~
